In this episode of Site Visit with NS Builders, I head over to the Weston project. It’s a perfect example of just how much we obsess over the little things. It demonstrates the level of attention to detail that our entire team of contractors adheres to, as well as our selection of vendors and products. Our motto—intentionally crafted—is all about thinking through even the smallest details to produce extraordinary results. Because the details matter to us as much as they matter to you.  

BECAUSE YOU’LL LOOK UP EVENTUALLY

It’s true that most of the time you’ll never give the ceiling much thought. And that’s fine. The windows, walls, floors, furniture, and décor will combine to create a room’s vibe, and that will demand all your focus. But, eventually, you’re going to look up at the ceiling. You’ll be relaxing on the couch or playing with the kids on the floor and realize that the ceiling is perfect—no blemishes, no defects, just simple and clean.  

So, for the Weston project we took great care in choosing a modern, durable, HVAC grille that wouldn’t sacrifice aesthetic appeal. We installed linear bar grilles from Architectural Grille (AG10 J frame, 4” x 10” primed). Something as simple as an HVAC grille can impact the look of a room. Our goal was for it to blend in seamlessly—which it will do even more so once painted.

Just another example of how small details can make a big difference.
