Another Day in the Back Bay

Here are just two examples of how we plan to deliver our signature intentionally crafted design.

SHADOW BEADS

One of the bedrooms is plastered, painted, and nearing completion. Although the window details are phenomenal, drop your gaze downward and you’ll be just as impressed. We’ve added the unique detail of a half-inch shadow bead running along the base of every wall. The team went the extra mile—laying on the floor in order to be at eye level with the shadow bead. All edges had to line up perfectly and be super straight. And they meticulously painted inside the shadow bead and those tight corners.

A WALKABLE SKYLIGHT

Not only is this thermally broken walkable skylight flooding the interior space with natural light, but it adds to the usability of the rooftop deck. When standing on the roof, the skylight will be completely flush with patio pavers. The homeowner can walk right over it. And what looks like little water dots on the glass is actually anti-slip texturing. Drinks with friends on the rooftop deck overlooking Boston and gazing down right into the apartment—seriously, this is going to be over-the-top entertaining!
